Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before the 24 hours for waxing services and 48 hours for all group/ chemical services window of your appointment. Appointments not confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled FOR ANY REASON will be charged a cancellation fee. By booking this appointment, you are accepting the terms and considerations of the cancellation policy. These terms are non- negotiable. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and/or times to avoid late arrivals, missed/canceled appointments and the cancellation fee. You will receive a reminder text before your appointment— this is when I ask that you cancel/reschedule via TEXT. All deposits for services are non refundable. Late Policy There is a 5 minute late policy. If you are running late, please send a text message. If you are unable to make your appointment in the grace period timeframe, you will have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% of the service/s scheduled. Please understand that I run on a tight schedule with no breaks and cannot accommodate if you are more than 5 minutes late. Credit Card Required A credit card is required on file to schedule an appointment. reserve the right to charge the card on file for any missed/ late appointments. In the event that your card is declined you must pay remanding balance before scheduling future appointments.
